The Diplomatic Role against women violence
The Global Forum for Media and Development provided media coverage of a
seminar on combating violence against women. The seminar featured a
distinguished team of speakers, including Ambassador Wafaa Bassim, Head
of the Foreign Relations Committee of the National Council for Women;
Ambassador Mona Omar, Dean of African Ambassadors; Dr. Sohair El-
Ghoneimy, Head of the Department of Psychiatry at the Modern University;
and media professional Mona El-Saghir , Secretary-General of the Global
Forum for Media and Development. The seminar was presented by our
esteemed Anchor Taghreed Hussein, Head of Diplomatic Relations at the
